IT Support and Services
While my principal services are to do with WordPress websites, there are some associated areas that are required for the proper functioning of a website.
These include:
- Domain Names – registration and management of domain names – including the new .au names
- Email Accounts – email is required for the effective functioning of any business, but these services are also required to allow websites to send messages
- Support Portal – I have install a Support Portal to handle tickets for support requests. This is a much more effective system than simply communicating via email.
